India - Tigers & Cricket (10 days - Photography)
For anyone with an interest in India but especially wildlife and photographic enthusiasts eager to see the tiger in its natural environment, plus a game of cricket!
We will maximise our time in Bandhavgarh National Park, doing game drives both morning and evening when the chances of seeing tigers are high. This trip also hopes to make a difference to the future of the tigers, and between game drives we will visit the project in Bandhavgarh where Exodus in conjunction with Friends of Conservation have already raised considerable funds. For over a year Exodus and Friends of Conservation have been sponsoring the school in Tala, adjacent to Bandhavgarh, and there will be cricket games during the early afternoons of two days while we are there, to raise funds for the school.
- Day 1: Start Delhi - afternoon train to Katni.
- Day 2: Arrive Katni and transfer to Bandhavgarh - evening game drive.
- Day 3 - 8: Bandhavgarh morning and evening game drives with two early afternoon cricket games at the local school.
- Day 9: Bandhavgarh morning game drive; transfer to Katni for overnight train to Delhi.
- Day 10: End Delhi.
