This Ugandan safari offers an incredible adventure over eight compelling days that is sure to remain etched in your memories forever. Undoubtedly the ultimate highlight of our journey occurs the moment that we enter the realm of the majestic mountain gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. To be granted entry into their amazing world is an experience without comparison and to be able to witness the strong bond within the gorilla family and the quiet, regal nature and awesome dignity of the silverback, is a rare added privilege. Uganda also has much more to offer, including a number of national parks that offer some of the best wildlife viewing opportunities in Africa. This is a country boasting equatorial rainforests, acacia savannahs, great lakes and soaring mountains. It is also a land of spirit and beauty, as evident in the warmth and grace of its people. A trek to see the chimpanzees of Kibale Forest National Park is an outstanding opportunity to enter the world of these cheeky primates. Two nights in Queen Elizabeth National Park and a further night in Lake Mburo National Park deliver a feast of wildlife-related activities and viewing opportunities, as well as a glimpse into Ugandan life.   • Day 1: (Sat) Arrive in Entebbe and transfer to hotel.
  • Day 2: Drive to Kibale National Park. Afternoon at leisure or optional bird walk.
  • Day 3: Chimpanzee trekking in Kibale National Park. Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Afternoon game drive.
  • Day 4: Morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park. Afternoon launch trip on the Kazinga Channel.
  • Day 5: Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Game drive en route in Ishasha area.
  • Day 6: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
  • Day 7: Scenic drive to Lake Mburo National Park. Game drive. Optional boat cruise on Lake Mburo.
  • Day 8: Drive to Entebbe for lunch. Transfer to Entebbe Airport where trip ends on arrival (Sat).
