South Africa - Victoria Falls to Cape Town Cycling (21 days)
This new and exciting biking holiday begins at the world famous Victoria Falls and finishes in Cape Town. With a sensible mix of vehicle transfers and cycling stages, we bike from Victoria Falls across Botswana by way of the Okavango Delta and the Kalahari Desert. Although flat, biking over the saltpans of Botswana is an experience never to be forgotten. We also have some time away from the biking to enjoy game drives in the Moremi Game Reserve.
Entering Namibia, we have time with the San Bushmen before reaching Windhoek. We then have a few days of wild cycling as we bike the vast Namib Desert and visit the dunes at Sossusvlei. The cycling continues into the south of Namibia to the awesome Fish River Canyon. Our epic biking journey also follows sections of the Long Way Down route into South Africa, where we have a stop off in the spectacular Cedarberg Mountains en route to Cape Town.
